#9160 - intercontroller protocols |
I use I2C protocol for interprocessor communication in my design. But what I do not like is that I'm obliged to initialize the communication two times: first to transmit the chip address and the direction and then to transmit the internal address (or, better, vice versa). Each time there's arbitration to be made and so on. So, the question: does anybody know a better protocol?
