should read "There is no such thing as 'setting an 8051 port for input' on a traditional '51 implementation" Yes - I forgot that important proviso! However, in this particular case, Tony did say, "set p2.6 as an input port (p2.6 =1)" (my emphasis) - which does seem to suggest that he is talking about a "vanilla" 8051 port? |
