Changing process implies a new datasheet
Nope, If the chip is still within the min/max limits in the posted datasheet, no new sheet is required, the "typical" value is neither guaranteed not useful. This is the very reason that so many have been caught not designing by the limits. When a process was changed and the "typical" value slid to the other side in the max/min window, the "tested" circuit just stopped working. Erik |
