using lm75 and smt160 have a difference equal 2-2.5 °C


So where is the issue? With an accuracy specification of +/- 2 Deg C, it is not a surprise if you use two lm75 and measure the same temperature and end up with two readings that are varying by 4 Deg C in total. The sensors will still be within spec. !

And you had mentioned about difference between lm75 and smt160. I see no issue there.

Maybe I understood your query not very correctly.
