I use the SP813L (MAX813L) for all my 8051 boards.
It can easy be disabled by a jumper during software development. Also a low active reset switch can be added. If you use a P0 pin as watchdog trigger you need a pull up resistor, otherwise the floating pin may interpreted as watchdog disable. Peter |
