i think it is due to more drive capability of pic pins as compared to 8052.
More drive capability should equal more noise.

Coming to think of it your test is meaningless. The noise generated by a uC is very much dependent on what it drives, so, for a realistic test, you should include "typical" loads on the driven pins. Just visualize a port pin driving a LED, the return current run across the PCB ground from the LED to the uC. That will generate waaaay more noise than a uC "running empty"
