#93269 - Analog design..
Sir;
Currently I am designing an industrial controller and it’s in the final stage, now I am having 2 main problems

Ø When I give an input to my controller suddenly (remove the I/Pconnector and then connecting it suddenly), it goes to reset, I have given enough of Signal conditioning.( channel selection is done using dg408, then external gain using dg408 and op727 then the signal is added with a constant 2.5V and then given to adc to make it in bipolar mode)
I tryed introducing a 10micr hendry inductor(series) at the input and a cap of 0.1microfarad directly across the I/P.
what else is to be done to remove this problem please help.....

Ø Whenever I have an electrical disturbance on the line my controller gets rested, ie when i switch off a nearby switch or a device at times my controller gets rested. I am using an SMPS as a power supply. On monitoring the supply with a CRO and generating the same disturbence, the CRO shows no disturbence on the supply.what should be done to solve this problem...

Please take my problems into consideration and reply to help.
