#93648 - 24-pin parts? |
The old Kensington 22-key keypad for the Mac uses a 24-pin Philips mcu to encode it and implement the ADB slave protocol. I'm not interested in the ADB, but I do want to use that keypad because it is well suited to an application in my lab.
My problem is that I need a 24-pin 5-volt mcu with as few of its pins dedicated to interface-specific functions as possible, so I can minmize the amount of hardware-hacking/butchery I have to do. Can anyone recommend a 24-pin part, preferably a reprogrammable one, that might fit this application? thanks, RE |
