Ah, Just thought of another question. Among international novices, how many use a home pcb creation kit with chemicals? This is the system where you overlay the copper-clad board with the circuit etch pattern and use and photoreactive chemical to acid etch only some of the copper. This is usually feasible for one sided pcbs though.
I've never messed with that myself, but it would be an easy way to drive down the cost of the kit by simply making the etch layout available for downloading... aka j PS: For the record my real name is Larry Schwartz |
