You just asked about how the port pins function, now you ask about a somewhat complicated project.

1) there is no way anyone can answer "How microcontroller will receive it"
2) if you do not have any idea of "How microcontroller will receive it", drop this and take on something simpler
3) if you have an idea of "How microcontroller will receive it", post it for comment

Your post basically states "design this for me" and I doubt that is going to happen.

Make an honest effort of doing it yourself, then come back with specific questions.
