The general principles & algorithms for doing fuzzy logic will not be processor dependent.
As you've decided to use it, can we assume that you are familiar with Fuzzy Logic and the principles & algorithms involved?

Therefore, your problem becomes "how do I write 8052 assembler programs?"
For that, you should refer to the Tutorials on this site, and the 80C51 Family Programmer’s Guide and Instruction Set:
