#99837 - m5450 code. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Well I'm going to try and use it with 5x7 displays.
I think I've got some basic code right, but Im getting nothing out. I'm not sure I've got the timing completely right. (the delays between "DATA In" and "CLOCK") I'm also not an electronics guy so I may not have everything wired right. Pin 1 grounded. Pin 20 5 volts. Pin 19 is wired to P1.1 (used that becasue I didn't know if I needed a full 5 volts there) I've also actually got the m5451 so pin 23 is an output. I put some led on the "Data" and "Clock" so I could see if something was actually getting to the chip and I believe it is. |
