Here is a scope plot of just one .33 ohm resistor in each of the centertaps. Settings for the first trace (still the sync pulse) = 5V/div, bottom trace = 10V/div @ 5 uS/div. The base DC of bottom trace = 25.5 Volts. Referenced from ground of motor supply. Plot looks the same on either side of the resistor.
