#10066 - RE: General Eprom Interfacing |
Well that sounds pretty easy,,
so when i would add some simple (mos) fets who can switch the 12.5volt source on and off for programming mode, and write a routine for the 8051 to strobe the pgm pin 1m/sec and verify the content of that address. Its a job every kid could do!? Im asking this because ive never realy worked with eproms before, only with eeproms who didnt needed a programming voltage. And ive got a like 20 eproms varying from 16 to 256kilo bit, and i wanted to test some out with a simple project. Thanks for the note, and ill try and find some PDF's about eproms for exact timing issues then. peace, Steven |
