Hi Steven,
It sounds easyer than it is realy. The data and address lines to the Eprom must be stable while applying the programming pulse during 1ms. How are you going to do that in software? You need at least a couple of latches to hold th data and address lines stable while programming, and you have to run the programming routines from an other memory device. |
