#103318 - DataFlash Responding to: ???'s previous message |
hi,
In our projects many times we have used Atmel DataFlashTM chips. Usualy we utilize AT45DB321C devices which are 4M bytes flash memory chips accessed via SPI upto 33MHz. Here they cost about 5USD per chip. As well, AT45DB642D has been announced as 8M bytes DataFlashTM with both SPI (upto 66MHz) and Rapid8TM parallel access (upto 50MHz). Only note that both require Vcc inside 2.7-3.6V. As about sound recorder so next links may be useful: http://www.atmel.com/dyn/produ...ol_id=2925 http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resou...oc1456.pdf Regards, Oleg |
