that when someone ask for more information, you do not brush it aside.

Your reply to Andys request for more info got totally ignored because of your "mr perfect" post which gave Harshada (I think, it could be that he does not give a shit) the impression that Andys request for more info could be ignored.

It is tough enough to get complete infromation from some posters, please do not make it more difficult.
