Hi Bert,
I'm not sure how sure the security bits are. But I may have one valuable tip for you. If you plan to secure your device with the ability to verify the contents of the ROM with the encryption method be sure to fill your unused portion of the ROM with random values. If you don't unused portions of the ROM will be filled with 0FFh, which in turn will read back a repetitive string of bytes which reveils your encryption string. |
