As far as I understand the code in link above is explicitly written for 8xC554 series of philips microcontrollers. I'm not sure if they work with normal 8Xc52 series. You must get an ordinary C implementation of I2C protocol which can be found in many sites. You don't need to use interrupts to drive an I2C bus. Once you can read/write through I2C bus the rest with DS1307 is quite easy. |
