#115047 - To display time Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi,
The communication through the SMBus got established between the microcontroller and RTC. The data, which I send to any address in the RTC using SEND subroutine, could be read using the READ subroutine. Initially, I read the data in the RTC addresses. The data in all the addresses were ‘0x00’. Please tell me, whether the initial data will be any raw data or 0x00. Then, for initializing the timer, I wrote the values to the locations from 00h to 07h in DS1307. The project is to display the real-time from DS1307 in the LCD. Now, I want to know what is to be done for implementing the timer in DS1307. waiting for your reply, veena. |
