#116920 - LPC900 ISP and IAP etc Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Yes, it was Erik that informed me of the RESET/Vdd rise time requirements on the Flashmagic forum.
NoTouch get's around these tighter hardware signal requirements - but many 1st time programmers - just want to program a chip - like it was in an external programmer (as how it works on the Keil MCB900 board). NoTouch On 8052.com forum there are many threads that discuss how to call ISP programming from your code... which is what Erik is talking about in his well known NoTouch. Here's one thread... but there are many more. http://www.8052.com/forum/thr...read=73538 But there are many others. For the LPC935, LPC9408 etc... you set up some registers and lcall PGM_MTP (address 0xff03 for the current devices). May be some has a better thread than the one above. In my searching there is no definative bible on LPC900 NoTouch ISP... but many snipets - how to do it. Regards Joe from Oz |
