What do you mean by "control?"

I mean by control just click the mouse button for accurate amount of time, I don't need to control the ball or position of mouse

Are you aware of the PS/2 protocol? That's how your PC "listens" to the mouse. It's a published protocol by means of which you can gain access to the PS/2 port.

yes I'm aware of this protocol but the thing is I need the mouse to be fully functional, either the microcontroller closes the contacts or the contacts are closed manually by hand.
For simplicity I dont want to go into PS2 protocol for it interferes with normal mouse operation.
Thank you
