Please read *my* response again. The relaying device is working at that point, so the codes get relayed. The device is 99% as good as a wire because the various byte commands get relayed. But if there is something going on that isn't a typical command, that probably won't be relayed right. For example, maybe the keyboard is supposed to lower the data and clock momentarily before sending the result of its BAT. The host may be upset because it is not seeing that behavior. It will, however, see the code the keyboard sends. |
