The CT is the simplest answer for powerline frequencies, but it MUST be terminated into a lowish impedance OR ELSE. You now have line isolation for current measurement. A standard mains transformer might be all you need for voltage isolation, but if the supply is nasty spiky and horrible a large VA rating might help improve the fidelity of the voltage transformed.
