Its a similar question to 'how much code space do I need?'. There's many factors that determine how much cpu performance you need. Unfortunately it really just comes down to 'suck it and see'. You'll have to write the code, build the hardware and then make performance measurements. This will then guide you as to what speed may be acceptable in your application. |
