I see kind people trying to help the original poster long after he/she seems to have disappeared. Rather than waste time and energy on these people, I believe it would be reasonable to stop offering help unless the original poster responds to the first two or three suggestions.

It's not just this post that seems to be one-way but I have seen a number of long threads without a response from the original poster in the past.
