Oh yea... I completely forgot to say which model this system needs to pass. Guess that would help ;-)

The test it will go through is; 150pF capacitor, charged to +- 15kV, discharged through a 150 Ohm resistor. Each pin will be hit with three positive and three negative discharges.

(If I'm missing any other critical information, please let me know and I'll fill in what I know)
