What is the KBI doing?
As far as I'm concerned, nothing of value except the ability to wake uo the uC from sleep mode. I went into a design using it and, after a while I realized that while the wake up funtion is valuable when conserving power, the KBI is more of a nuisance that a help. The whole shebang is so much better done in a timer interrupt, you will need it to take care of debouncing anyhow and involving the KBI just makes things ever so much more complex. Erik |
