#122881 - SILabs support Responding to: ???'s previous message |
It's a nice product if it wasn't for the lack of support.
Th SILabd support, while not stellar, is in the top third of those I work with. In addition, there is a very active forum http://www.cygnal.org/scripts/U...tion=intro where some very knowledgeable users participate. I have got an answer from SILabs support to all my queries within a day and the most it has taken to get the 'final' answer has been 3 exchanges. Erik I previously posted:" SILabs offer the well accepted CMX stack for free (of course in a version that require the use of the SILabs chips) and it is even in a version that does not infringe on the Keil eval limit. This, also has the advantage that for (is it still) about $150 you can get all hardware required to verify your software before you expose it to your hardware." |
