If you want more speed, you go to the
www.dalsemi.com site and read the 89c420
features. It is now the fastest 8051 of the world (as far as I know) and executes the codes in one clock cycle.
It can work under 50MHz crytal and gives the 20ns! (what a speed) execution time.
