I have no Problem with Keil even under WIN2000 or on my Laptop. The only thing you have to check is the correct installation of the dongle driver since at WIN NT4 and 2000 it is not possible to use direct HW access.
If you have no serial port you can use a USB2Serial adapter (FTTI for example) BRW: I really don't unterstand why you need a serial port for keil Thomas |
