The manual for SDCC (Just Google on SDCC) on sourceforge.net will tell what's in print. Of course, if you've got a budget ($2-3K US), you can use it on KEIL <www.keil.com>. There are other options. SDCC is free, hence the cheapest, while KEIL is probably the most costly, though one can't ignore IAR.
