Hi Forum Members,
Many thanks to all of you for your valueable suggestions.

Now I think I am suffiently armed to visit the customer site. I will try out all the possible permutations and combinations and I will definitely post the result of my tests; hence I request the forum administrators to keep the thread alive for the next 5~7 days. I will be going to the customer place tommorow.
