Hey Gopal,
1. Try an external oscillator. Like a 4 pin 12MHz crystal. Make sure you leave the XTAL2 open and connect the output of the oscillator to the XTAL1 (pin19- dip package) and see what happens. 2. How are you checking the pulse? And out of curiosity, how are you clocking your ADC? |
