You not only need to check that you do have the correct connections, but also that you don't have any other, incorrect, connections; eg, short-circuits between tracks.

Or, maybe your physical connections match your schematic, but your schematic is wrong.
You'd need to post your schematic for people to check - you already have the instructions on how to do that (the same one that tells you how to post code)...
