Can you describe the - vs. -- for me please? I checked the documentation and while I see both used, I'm not exactly sure of the which and why's.
As for the Watchdog, its turned off by default on this controller. The other thing is that it works fine with the same main.c file all by itself. One other new thing. I compiled and ran the whole application using the HITECH 8051 compiler and it works just fine. That makes me feel even better about my coding. I still want to work with the SDCC tool though.
