Well I think that according to Erik all the story is finished
it's the only hard thinking of simon which is making the thread moving
on.I feel that the hardware and s/w associated with 8051 are two faces
of the same coin merely discussing programming and H/W on intellectual
level is one thing and making a project work is much more every one likes
discussions and discussions see professors and teachers they are
superb in seminars discussions Gd's but practically nil .
Simon dont think that you alone face problems regarding projects , most
amoung us face I too spend sleepless nights ,you
keep revising the hardware and every thing is in its place check it 101 time
but still its not working and when you bang two three times on the chips
it starts working without any reason ??(joke).
It would be a nice idea to start
electronics section too because at this stage 8052.com is mature enough
to expand and its not hard for Craig to start it but i think he is much
to busy and has very little time for the foum any way if he is busy then
we could do something together like steve gathered european convention 4-5
months back I don't know whether that was successfull or not anyway we
can use free spaces at geocities angel fire etc.. as an extension of 8052.com
for the submission of schematics and link them in the postings ,and any out of
the topic discussion could be posted there.This will be helpful but could
only be actualized with the combined help of all the members.
