The crystal oscillator isn't designed to be loaded in the way you are trying, it needs buffering at the very least.If you want to drive two processors with a single clock then try using a crystal oscillator module,or you could make a crystal oscillator with a schmitt trigger invertor and use a couple of the spare invertors as buffers. |
