Since you are using an 'LS245 all outputs of the device will be tri-state at the same time. You could determine the times when the port pins are in the tri-state mode by reading the state of the /OE control of the buffer device. For example if you had a circuit hooked up as follows:



...you could determine when the Port 0 inputs were in the "tri-state" mode by peeking at the state of the Port 2 Bit 7 I/O pin and noting that it is in a High Level ("1" state) indicating that the 'HC245 buffer is in the OFF state.
