#140534 - MCP3202 ADC problem Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Steve,
It is standard ckt. Voltage input to CH0 is from voltage divider Res. 1.1Mohm and 5K6. The Amp input is to CH1 from secondary of 5A CT AND 100E load resistance. Common of Voltage and Amps input is connected to midpt of REF voltage of ADC from one of 324amp as voltage follower. The serial lines are connected to Port 3. Din=P3.7 Dout= 3.6 SCLK = 3.5 _CS = 3.4. The program will post here later. I cant post ckt diagram so will put on my photos site at Yahoo and give link here. Program has lots of tabs and doesnt look good here so after making / removing tabs will post. Hope this is ok. I also reversed the CH1 & Ch0 connections but problem is same. Please let me know what happens if 3202 gets configured as differential instead of single ended input and -ve Input is at halfpoint? Does the MCP gets destroyed? I suspect that somehow the single/differential bit sent first isnt loaded and 3202 gets configured as differential. regards, psdayama |
