I am using a Systronix uCAN2 eval board to implement a CANBus application. This board does not preserve RAM when the power is out for more than a few minutes. I want to replace the existing EPROM loader with my application code and a RAM loader. The idea is to copy the application from slow EPROM to fast RAM, when the power comes up.

Since I am new to this processor I am having trouble finding out exactly what to do.

Apparently I need to overlayed data & code memory, so I can modify the code space.

I'm hoping someone here can help.
