Hello Rob,
Thanks a lot for the information. After reading your post I re-checked Atmel's website and I found out that there are actually 2 series in DataFlash family. -25xxx and 26xxx series which support 2KB/4KB Block erase only (They're called "Firmware DataFlash") -45xxx series which supports page erase as you described. My mistake was to focus on 26xxx series which are actually designed for Firmware storage. Thanks again |
