#142115 - RE: Random write and capacity Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Farshad,
Atmel 45 series has internal SRAM page buffer, so You dont need to have same page bufer in microcontroler. Random write is performed trough 1)copy flash page to sram page, 2)modify byte 3)copy sram page to flash page (when needed). In addition - there are two independent page sram buffers. Payment is in lower speed, but i can't see altenative at this moment. I tested x51 (512B internal ram) and with AT45 and for me it works good. regards |
