This is one of many reasons why there are so many queries about ISP of ATMEL parts!
You MUST build the recommended circuit using the recommended components. Changing even one thing negates the likelihood that the circuit will work. If you change from a 1K0 to a 1K1, you're on your own! You should either follow the directions, EXACTLY, or take up another hobby. RE |
