#142966 - IDATA and DATA
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Jan Waclawek said:
all the lower area is direct addressable (00-7F) "data", the upper area (80-FF) is indirect addressable ("idata").

Note that 00-7F are also indirectly addressable; ie IDATA addresses 00-7F overlap DATA addresses 00-7F.

In other words:

  • 00-7F are addressable as both DATA and IDATA;
  • 80-FF are addressable as IDATA only.
