In other words:
00-7F are addressable as both DATA and IDATA;
80-FF are addressable as IDATA only.

my take

DATA start at the end of what you have used as BDATA.
IDATA start at the end of what you have used as DATA.

PS in some cases the linker will segment it out (e.g. stick some DATA in unused register banks) but as a rule of thumb, the above stands.
