I have one more doubt, which is arising when I interface at89c52 with ADC 0804.

You really need to start a new thread on this; but, before you do, be sure to do a 'Search' as there is a vast amount of information already available about using the ADC0804 with an 8051...

You have read the ADC0804 datasheet, and checked the manufacturer's website for application notes, examples, etc, haven't you...?

You will also need to provide a lot more information for anyone to give you any answers that are anything more than pure guesswork!
At a minimum, you need to show:
1. Your schematic;
2. The smallest complete, compilable test program that illustrates your problem - and be sure to state what tools you're using.

For full instructions on posting schematics, code, and good posts in general, see: http://www.8052.com/users/jonled/noob.pdf
