Silabs C8051F devices with ADC 12bit
there are derivatives and deviates galore with 12 bit ADC, they are NOT identical. That is how much stable is the internal voltage reference in percent that is in the datasheet - well..., I just took a gander at the F12x/f13x and the only value is one of these totally worthless 'typical' values. I do recall that somebody asked (almost) the same question a while ago at the SILabs forum http://www.cygnal.org/scripts/U...tion=intro and got an answer. I do not recall the answer, but with some diligence you should be able to find it there. Erik |
