I installed some chip manufacturers software in a different subdirectory than Keil and found that I had suddenly acquired a restricted version. It turned out that when accessing whatever (it was long ago) to program that chip something linked to a restricted version installed together with the devboard and the full versionn was still where I had installed it. If you are an IDE fanatic, I guess the link to uVision has been overwritten.
