turns our that once you use the iseg anywhere, that becomes the lowest address that will be used. So, if you assume all reg sets are used and all bits, you can set it to 0x30.
If you try to use the top (oxe0) then the compiler never uses anything below this.
This is best as I could tell while on the phone with Keil.
